I don't really know what to say to everyone. I'm so sorry for your losses. The battle might be over and Voldemort gone, but that doesn't mean that this next stage in our lives is magically easier.
We lost far too many amazing people in the battle. They were all strong and brave and their sacrifices can't be measured. But even if we can't measure what they did, I think it's right that all of us gather together to celebrate their lives and have a memorial for them. I've been speaking with Professor McGonagall, and she says that the mayor of Hogsmeade will give us space to come together.
It'll be on the 11th of May at 6 o'clock. If you would like to share something about someone who passed, you can definitely do that.
I'm not really good at this sort of thing, so if anyone wants to help out I'd really appreciate that.

DAI'm here, I'm safe. I don't think anyone saw me, I moved as fast as I could. I'm going to need to start thinking of a way to get out of here safely so that I can get to the Order. I've got to be able to find them somehow.

DUMBLEDORE'S ARMYGinny and Luna are safe, even if they aren't with us, so we should be glad of that. As much as I know I'd like them here, it's good to know they're safe so we'll focus on that and move on with our plans.
There were a lot of brilliant ideas shared last week, and I think it's time we put them into action. I would like it if people volunteered to help with different projects. Some of you who are better at Charms or in good positions might need to volunteer to do a little more. And let everyone know if you have other ideas, too.
Listen in on the Carrows - Especially as we're going to be doing more anti-Carrow activity, it will be good to know what their response is.
Set Alarms on the Carrows offices - I think it'd be good if both of these got done together, but that the wards were in separate places. This might go along with:
Imperiusing IS members - To put up the magic? Is anyone that good with the imperius? We can certainly imperius them to stay away from the offices while we're putting the magic up. We'll need a schedule from Hannah or Zacharias.
